Tulane University Scholarship for International Students

Tulane University is a private university located in the verge center of New Orleans; it is officially known as the Tulane University of Louisiana. The location of the university will expose students to a life experience because New Orleans is one of the busiest cities in the United State.

As a matter of principle, Tulane University offers various need- and merit-based scholarship opportunities for international students. Tulane University has up to $23,000 in need-based financial aid for international students who qualify and who have not already been awarded that amount or more in merit scholarships. Students must reapply for need-based aid every year. To apply, you must submit a CSS Profile and all necessary supporting documents. It is highly recommended you do so by 15 February.

Need-Based Financial aid

Need-based financial aid consists of grants, need-based scholarships, loans, and part-time students’ employment. Tulane offers up to $23,000 in need-based financial aid to international students who qualify and who have not already been awarded that amount or more in merit scholarships. Students must reapply for need-based aid every year.

Global Scholarship

This is a partial or full-tuition award that is renewable for 4 years (5 years for students in the 5-year Architecture program). Recipients of this award are international students with outstanding academic records. Applicants who have good academic records are eligible to be considered for the scholarship. Nominations are made by the admission committee and based on your application for admission to Tulane.

Brandt Dixon Scholarship

This is a partial or full-cost award renewable for 4 years. It is awarded to one or more Latin American women pursuing studies in Liberal Arts. Typical recipients demonstrate strong academic and extracurricular credentials. No separate application is required. All Latin American female applicants are automatically considered for this scholarship.

Sub-Saharan Africa Leadership Award

This is a fully-funded scholarship, that covers full tuition fees, if selected for this award, it will be renewable for 4 years. It is awarded to multiple full-time undergraduate students from and studying in Sub-Saharan Africa. The applicant with a strong academic record and extra curriculum.  No additional application is needed.
