Baylor University Scholarship
High-achieving incoming freshmen who participate in our scholarship programs receive more than $6 million in generous scholarships from Baylor University each year! In addition to having the chance to be considered for sizeable financial awards through these programs, students will also have the chance to interact with Baylor faculty, staff, and students through unique in-person and online experiences.
Eligibility
This scholarship is only available for freshmen at Baylor University. For the 2022–2023 academic year, some programs will be invitation-only based on academic records, while others will require a separate Scholarship Program application to be considered for participation. You must first apply for admission to Baylor for the class of 2023 by November 1 in order to be taken into consideration for either. The application deadline is November 15.
How to Apply: Students can use the university portal, the Common Application portal, or the ApplyTexas portal to submit their admission application. All applicants will be taken into account.
Admission documents: The University requires the following paperwork from the students:
• High school diplomas
• Brief essay
•Authentic document of completion from one academic year of full-time study at a facility where English is the primary language of teaching
• Entry requirements: At the time of application, students must provide all necessary documentation.
• Students must submit their results from the following English language proficiency exams: IBT TOEFL 80, PTE 60, IELTS 6.5, TOEFL IBT 80, 110 in Duolingo.
The chosen student stands to benefit from full or partial tuition fees for his or her chosen program.
